2001The second generation of the family takes over the reins. Kostis Vlachos, who did not rest on his father's initial success, continued the development of the business, creating new higher quality and safer products, specially formulated to meet the high dietary habits and tastes of consumers.

2015It was a milestone for the company, as it was transferred to a new privately owned, larger building facilities of 1000 sq.m. in the Industrial Area of Ioannina. This is how the most modern company of cold cuts was created in the Prefecture of Ioannina, and in general in North-Western Greece.
